Coin identification... Fake Viking coin? [solved]

I bought a jar of mixed coins at a car boot sale and found this coin amongst them. Any ideas what it is?
I'm guessing it's some kind of reproduction Viking coin.

As far as I know, the Vikings did not use coins, but maybe I am wrong.

The front is similar to this one. The back is also similar but mine has some kind of cross in the middle. I'm pretty sure mines silver

Vikings weren't to fussy what they used. They used their own coins foreign coins and bullion which cut be cut up to get the weight right for the trade. Vikings were a great trading people so they had to be pragmatic.
From my own research this is an imatation viking coin from around 850ad-900. It has something to do with Alfred the great. There's an almost identical one in the British Musem and I've seen similar ones sell for €3000+. This one is slightly different, mainly because it has a cross or something on the reverse. I found it in a big jar of mostly old English pennies, half pennies, 3 pences etc. that I paid €5 euro for. This coin stuck out like a sore thumb. Any info on what it is exactly or how to tell if its real would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
