Unknown coin (medieval Europe?)

Hello,

I have a coin I can't identify. One side is a standing king, REX to the left and maybe ORT/CRT/OCT/A (?) or something to the right, the other side is oak branches surrounded by crowns and flowers. Weight is 2.3 g and diameter is 24 mm, metal is copper or a very low silver alloy. Some ideas?

Wow, thank you :-) My suspicion was England or Spain due to the general style of the ornaments.
