Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins
My oldest error coin is probably one of my medieval islamic coins.
These are generally either off-centered, weakly struck or double struck or a combination of that.
But on these coins it is not a quality and you will be looking for the one that is well centered and fully struck.

So I will show a pair of French Revolutionary Décimes struck in the Year 5 of the Revolution which equals 1796.
I got this spectacular off center struck which is still fully identifiable for it's type, year and mint mark.

A couple of years later I came across this one (same type, date and mint mark) which is similarily off center struck with the incuse reverse on the other side.
Ma collection de Révolutionnaires - My coins from the French Revolution

Medieval Hungarian denar Zsigmond (1387-1437), double struck. The double strike is especially displayed on the reverse where two shields are visible one struck over the other. It's available for swap if someone collects error coins. :)
I collect and deal in ancient Roman coin. In case you're looking for affordable ancient coins or need any help with the coins you already have send me a message.
I have this Bolivian 50 centesimos from 1899 with a pretty serious die crack:

But otherwise I don't collect errors so I haven't anything older (that I'm aware of at least!)
