Thanks for the pics... I don't see any rare dates or varieties, and the coins all appear to be in average, circulated condition so I don't think the coins are "valuable" in that sense.
But I think you should hold onto them. You might not want them now, but you might change your mind in a few years.
Or, if you want to trade or swap them, you can list the coins on this website. Most members want to swap for other coins so I don't know if anyone would offer a silver bar.
