China kirin province 10 cent 1898-1907

Can anybody help with dating this coin and value if any.
Looks a bit off to me
I think if you tested its material, it'll lead somewhere (Though i'm not entirely sure of what tests you can do). Most coins from then seem to made of silver, some of copper. At least you'll learn more about it.

'10 Cents' isn't the proper currency of the coin either (Appears they used Mace and Candareen).

Weighting it will also narrow down the search and measuring it will further narrow the search.

but i dont know which year.
Ca. 1898 before that date 10c, Agree with above looks off, however could be just the focus and wear.
