The second photo shows an overstrike. At the top of the photo is the mint name – Theoupolis (Antioch). The mint had this name under five rulers, from 528 till 610 AD. My guess is that the overstrike is of Phocas (602-610). The denomination is written as m, and the year is probably ɥ / III. The first strike on this side shows two people standing, a ruler and his wife.
The first photo shows the denomination as M as opposed to m . Maurice Tiberius (578-582) used both styles of M; those before used just M and Phocas used just m. I am not able to read the mint.
