This is the third of 4 unidentified Chinese coins that my father brought back from China, where he was stationed by the US Army in WWII. Diameter around 22.5 mm, weight 2 grams (from a postal scale, which measures no fractional grams). Can anyone identify it? A pointer to a catalog entry would be most welcome.

It is not a Chinese coin, but actually a Japanese Kan Ei Tsu Ho.
Tsu Ho is the Japanese pronunciation of Chinese Tong Bao, with exactly the same meaning.
