I have this coin, 2.19 grams in weight and 23 mm in diameter. I don't see a denomination (unless the IH at the bottom stands for 1 heller), so presumably it's a jeton of some kind.
I have a few German jetons (Nuremberg) and in the same position on mine the
letters represent the engraver - and in those days I represented J so
IH = JH so perhaps Johann Heinrich or Johann Hecht
for examples - of many possibilities that JH could be.
