Variation in quantities

When I use the search facility for silver coin in my collection, I have 3,132, but when looking in the 'My Coins' tab, I only have 3024.
Anyone explain reasoning behind this variance?
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.

Are there any metals in a format other than Silver (.xxx) , like silver with gem or silverplated etc. this could be the reasons for the discrepancy.
