When I add a new coin to the catalog, I take pictures with my phone, but I find it easier writing the information on the computer. It would be great if we can save the progress and return to it later or on a different device.
If it were an Autosave function or something every few minutes that might be even better; e.g. when I'm transcribing Chinese characters for a coin, which can take much longer than your usual edit, that could be useful too because I've had to start over several times when my laptop power cuts off in the middle of an edit.
I always put the info about coins I add in an Excel file especially for series of similar coins. When finished I copy the text in the fields, but with this method it can happen that other members create coins before you
a drafts feature as such, where you can draft until you want to submit it for checking by the referee. I like this as some referees are very quick to accept or reject before I have made changes to my edits.

Hi
To be honest, I am against it, as long as the pictures are not properly cropped. Otherwise pictures of coins and lately many banknotes with background are simply ugly. I can hardly find a better word for it.
