Hi

I just tried to find more explanatory information over what is the difference between thick and thin flan. Please excuse me, but I truly have no idea. Some people say, that is the thickness of the planchet (coin as final product), other that flan thicnkess is a thickness of the upturned "rim" edge of the coin (which sounds just the same). I would kindly ask someone to put some pics up here for clarification. I hope this matter can also be somehow included in Numisdoc.

My actual proposal here is to add search engine possibility to search only in Numisdoc. Maybe the Numisdoc stuff is already included in forum search (probably not).

best regards
Hello,

Some kind of search in Numisdoc is already available:
  1. Enter your query in the search bar at the top of the website
  2. Wait until suggestions show up and click on "Search entire site"
  3. Go to the tab "Numisdoc" to see Numisdoc results only

Alternatively, you can use the forum search and switch from the tab "Forum" to "Numisdoc".
OK, thanks I see. But upon searching with string "cleaning your coins", nothing pops up.

Hello,
A search link was added on Numisdoc page to directly search in Numisdoc articles.
