French coin, Francois I? [solved]

Not my coin again, but diameter is 14 mm and weight 0.45g.

On the coins I have seen of Francois I, the lilies are in a shield.

Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
Something like this would match: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces30981.html but the weight is more like a denier tournois and not double tournois.
Hello,

One lilie = Obole tournois
Two lilies = Denier tournois
Three lilies = Double tournois

It should be this coin : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces39083.html (the one showing on numista is a heavy type).

Thank you!
