Hi All,

I have a half rupee from 1946 which bares a Diamond Mint Mark. The only mint mark listed here is a dot. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces8239.html

I have two of these and they are both Diamond mint marks but the years and mint marks have been verified, I would need some help to change this.

Can this be switched or added as additional? Even the existing catalog picture is a Diamond mint mark.

This is one of my coins:

Thanks all

Dan
Too many coins, too little time...
It looks like that diamond is actually the Bombay mint mark. See this page for a reference: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2470.html.

With that being said, I will submit a request to alter the wording to avoid any future confusion. ;)

Hello,

I have a query regarding a British India George VI Half Rupee coin with an off-center strike from 1946, Kolkata Mint. I searched on Google but couldn't find any information about this specific coin. However, I did find details about the 1946 Mumbai Mint version. Could you please help me determine if this coin is rare??
