I've just updated my swap list and added the remnants of a large collection bought locally. After picking out everything I need I'm left with a substantial lot of early coppers and silver coins which have been added to my swap list.
I'm looking for reliable swap partners in the US and Canada but will consider those from other parts of the world with reliable mail if it makes economic sense. (Parcels from the US start at $14 and rise to $23.50 at 8 ounces)
I'm looking for the following in exchange -
Great Britain pre decimal. I've already completed most 20th century issues and many common 19th century dates. I'm looking for premium quality coins so please no worn out Victorian Pennies or junk silver. Maundy money, either individual coins or sets welcomed. I'm especially keen to find a high grade cartwheel penny, VF or better.
Germany 1933-1945. Explicitly 3rd Reich issues so no end-of-lifespan Wheat-sheaf Pfennigs or occupation coins. I've almost completed this collection apart from the nickel 50pf and 1 Reichsmark plus a few key dates but I'm interested in genuinely uncirculated coins especially those struck in zinc. (Apart from coins I also collect most genuine artifacts from the period except for ordinance. Send images and price expected.)
Leper Colony Tokens. I've been collecting these for several years and I'm always eager for new additions. Generous terms offered!
Rhodesia etc. I've completed Rhodesia but still have a few gaps in my Rhodesia & Nyasaland album and more in Southern Rhodesia I'd like to fill.
USA. Very much a secondary interest but will consider swaps for those early dates I don't have.
My collection is publicly viewable so please feel free to check those missing dates to see if a swap is possible. If you don't have the coins I need, then junk silver or $US is always an option.
In addition to all of the above I'm always interested in an occasional top tier coin, roughly pre 1940 from many countries. Interwar German commemoratives, Wreath Crowns, US commemorative 1/2 Dollars, higher denomination coins... got something interesting, let's talk!
