Is anyone selling junk world silver?

I'm looking for common world silver coins, not numismatic pieces; the stuff that sells at spot-price; or collectible coins that are damaged or worn to the point that they are only worth melt-value.
I've already have a number of US pre-1964 pieces as well as pre-WWII UK and Australian pieces, so I'm not really looking for any of those.
I am looking to buy up to about 8 ounces.

I'm still looking for junk silver. I can pay a little bit over spot, I understand that the price is down a bit and I am not looking to buy anyone out at a loss or take advantage of anyone.
