I am looking at a coin that is in a mint boxed set that is numbered from a mint but also found the same coin graded NGC 69. Which is better to get.

eventhough i hate slabs, if the price is the same go for the graded one. if there is a big population of ms-70 then being 69 is a drawback.

Thank you...Mintage is only 5,000 so I'm guessing that there are quite a few 70's
