Some of you may have noticed how difficult life has become for the residents of California.
After two years of breathing smoke, a week long evacuation, fires stopped nearly at my doorstep,.. I quit, I give up and I'm gone.
Sold the farm and gave away everything that wouldn't fit in a uhaul. Packed in the family and drove to New Hampshire.

Now it is quietly snowing outside, the house is warm and cozy.
I feel terrible for everyone still being affected by current conditions and if that is you then my prayers for relief are for you and yours.
I am glad you and the family are safe.

many places are becoming uninhabitable.
New England seems to be fairly safe for the time being.

I worked a small one man Truck Farm.
Twelve goats for milk, cheese and occasionally meat. Rabbits. Chickens, turkeys, pigeons. Extensive vegetable and fruit plantings.
I miss them all and detest being idle.

Sounds cool, do you have any photos of it?
Will you do any farming again?
