Silver austro hungarian coin? Help please!

Hello! I have found this coin i think it is silver from the 1800’s austro-hungarian empire! It is in really bad shape ! I cannot find it in your list! The only thing i see is wings on the left side with a sword facing down? And some letters on the top! Please can you identify it? And tell me how to clean the dark spots? Thank you

Diameter is around 30 mm on the left side IN TE DOMINE on the right side SPERAVI 176...??

With 30 mm diameter ? The 3 kr is smaller.

That is why we always ask PDM ! poids, diametre, metal ... weight, diameter, metal.

BTW, if you feel more comfortable in english, post on the english side of the forum :)

nevermind i can understand a bit of french.. hmm i will mesure the diameter correctly

i think it is silver.... or billon but probably silver
it has 3 grams
