Two medieval coins

Two coins in very bad shape but I'm hoping they can be identified. I think they're medieval.

1) Metal: silver, diameter: 15mm, weight: around 1g. My guess it's Hungarian or Hungarian states, maybe Austrian.

2) Metal: unknown, I think some sort of billon, diameter: 16mm, weight: around 1g. It doesn't seem to have any letters from the Latin alphabet just some (to me) unknown characters which I guess could be Arabic. Maybe some early Ottoman coin?
I collect and deal in ancient Roman coin. In case you're looking for affordable ancient coins or need any help with the coins you already have send me a message.
Hello,
First one was made by the Habsburg "[...] H B REX" = "Hungariae, Bohemiaeque Rex"
Probably a kreuzer but I couldn't figure out which one.

Second one is indeed an ottoman mangir probably minted under Suleiman II at Saray, like this one : https://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=163837.
Tugrah on the observe and mint on the other side ("Duriba bi" on the top line and name of the mint on the bottom line... ).

Not on Numista.
Just a tought:

IOSEPHUS.DG.R.I.S.A.G.H.B.REX
IOSEPHUS DEI GRATIA ROMANORUM IMPERATOR SEMPER AUGUSTUS GERMANIAE HUNGARIAE BOHEMIAE REX
ARCHID.AUS.DUX.BUR.SIL
ARCHIDUX AUSTRIAE DUX BURGUNDIAE SILESIA

(propably not correct)
Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
For me it's another one :
On the reverse side we have "BVR" (as you said it probably stands for "BURGUNDIAE") followed by a symbol (a bird ? The different of the mint / monneyer ?) then a "5" and after that it could be the date ("16...")
Thank you both! I really didn't think the second coin could be identified so I'm very happy. What do you think, is the picture good enough to be added to the catalogue? :)

As for the first coin I think I can see a ruler's portrait facing left on the obverse but can't find any coin that would match it in the catalogue, kreuzers are usually facing right... or it could just be my imagination. :(
