1772 Carolus III dei gratia countermarked M

Does anyone know exactly where this coin came from and what its worth? I cant find another one exactly like it online. I've found some from that look very similar that come from Spain, Peru, and Mexico however I couldn't find any with the countermark on it. Any help would be appreciated
