Should the 1999, 2001 and 2003 P be split into a separate page? The metal is different, and it's always been confusing for me that the page isn't split. I guess the reason is because Krause doesn't split the number, but with Vichy France we have light and heavy type which isn't split by Krause but is here on Numista. The same issue happens with the 2002 commemorative (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces423.html).
