A little rain from the outer bands (most of the rain gets dumped on the right side of the eye) and some patchy internet service but the landfall was up in the panhandle region where hardly anyone lives. To put it into perspective, this time last year we had no power for ten days and daytime temperatures in the mid 90s. With just 12 days left of the Hurricane season and no named storms on the horizon I reckon it's safe to say that this season was a milk run.
