Flag "in person/by mail" + city in Numismatic exchange

Hi,

I consider it would be useful to have a flag to filter members depends on kind of exchange combining with city where they live in list, this way if you travel to a specific country-city on holidays you are able to make easy delivery hand or people do not disturb members who have chosen not used mail by economic or risk reasons.
