Not strictly Ivory coast, but the Western African states (BCEAO) coins are the coins that are in everyday use in the Ivory Coast as opposed to the commemorative issues for collectors

The 20 cent is silver so no. Actually, it's the 1913 5 cent, it's the rare "no dot" variety.
