Chinese Cash Coin [solved]

4 posts
Hello, I bought this coin on a fleamarket today just for having one of those old chinese cash coins in my collection (China definetly got the most boring coin history of all nations in this world). Now I would like to know what coin this one is exactly but sadly they all nearly look the same (except the lettering). So I hope someone with better knowledge can help me with this one:
Diameter is circa 21mm
Weight: 2,8g
Hello,

Your coin is a 1 Cash from the reign of Jiaqing (1796-1820) of the Qing Dynasty:

Mint is a little hard to make out but Boo-kiyan matches it the most.

Chinese numismatic history is not boring to those who bother to study it. :°
Hello,

It's a cash cast under Jiaqing, I think that the mint is boo-kiyan (Guiyang, Guizhou) but second pic is upside down.

And china coin history is very different from the western world, but is far from boring (well, that's my opinion :P), just very long, complex and seemingly unattractive to most of non-chinese people.
Thx for your help! Well for me its just boring because they minted nearly the same looking ugly coinage for around 2000 years. :)
Most other currencies changed during the century's, and in particular the artistic aspect is totally missing on these coins.
