All those para were minted at Kostantiniye (Constantinople).
About the ruler it's not that easy as the ascension year is only visible on the first coin.
Top left : minted under Abdülhamid I, regnal year 11 >

Bottom left : Mahmud II 5th issue of silver coin with this branch flower and tugrah, regnal year 16 > Not on numista yet, so you can it.
Right side : not completely sure but for me they both show the tugrah of Mahmud I (the Ahmed III tugrah is slightly different). The last one shows an Ayn before the date >
