A very worn post-medieval coin - maybe Polish? [solved]

Hello,

Can anyone give me any clues as to what this coin may be? I think it says "solid" so probably a solidus of some sort?

I'll measure it later and add the size/weight info!

Twopence a week, and jam every other day!

Correct it is a Szeląg from PLC
