Hey just got in change a US 20 bill 1990. Where the front is off center and to the left. And the back is off centered. Is it have any value. Should I keep it?

I have an old US $20 note too; my favourite bit is definitely the scrollwork on the top of the front.

Hi Cass, Here we call the old bills small face. Or around here we do. But I have gotten 4 of them in the last two weeks and need to sort what I should keep. I was thinking should I keep this one because it being off centered

should I put them up for swap here or just put back in circulation
