Hello and welcome on Numista,
I don't think it's roman... Maybe medieval or England 17-19th century (GEORGIVS?). Do you have weight and size, as well as the pic of the other side? It would really help.

Thank you for your quick reply, the reverse js badly worn to make anything out. It weighs 4.4g and measures approx 24 mm
