1947 Two Shilling Double-Struck error [solved]

I need help evaluating this error coin and if "double-struck" is the right classification!

Such items are always difficult to evaluate. Here are examples in eBay via picclick:

double struck rotated

and may be some more will be found if you remove "rotated" because not all sellers will know:

"double struck"

So, at first sight they look quite valuable. The Canadian 1967 Centennial Dollar is a famous example which makes the numismatic newspaper headlines when one is auctioned.
