Swapping in person along the Baltic Sea

Next week I'll be driving from Tallinn (EE) to Klaipeda (LT) and then from Kiel (D) to Antwerp (B). As I'll need regular breaks from diving on the way, maybe I can combine it with a swap or 2 in person.

Wednesday: Tallinn - Pärnu - Riga - Šiauliai - Klaipeda
Thursday-evening: Kiel to some place to sleep in NW-Germany (not known yet, but max 300km from Kiel)
Friday: from some place in NW-Germany to Antwerp (the route Hamburg-Bremen-Zwolle-Utrecht seems like the most direct one, but in Germany/N-Netherlands I could also drive closer to the coast through Bremerhaven).
