Recently I acquired a closeout lot of Replica Biblical Coins (From Whitman Publishing) from a dealer who was looking to get rid of stock in bulk. I ended up buying 40 of the below sets.... I just couldn't pass up this lot. I figured these would be great little gifts to budding little coin collectors and friends who appreciate these kinds of stuff. After buying I realized I over did it
.... I am the hoarder that I always say I'm not :)...Anyways I figured I'd offer US based members some of these great sets. Maybe some of you would appreciate them or know someone that would. These sets retailed at $4.94 (why the .94? Your guess is as good as mine). I bought them at $2.30 per set after a bit of negotiations. I'd like to get at least what I paid for them unless you wanna round it up to an even $2.50. Each of these sets are exactly the same (set 3 of the series) and contain 2 replica coins as can be seen in the pics below. Depending on how many sets you take shipping should be $3.50 for 1-3 sets and goes up a few cents per additional set and includes USPS tracking info.
I also bought many other coins at decent prices that I'll post when I get a chance. Some of these coins I just couldn't say no to. It becomes a bit of a problem when I over do it.... I just dont know when to stop.
