On the reverse there is a dot either side of the date, but not on the coin in your link.

So the 1966-1973 coins had the dots, and the Set Issue 1973 did not.
Also both 1973 were from different mints. The Set Issue was made at Franklin Mint from
the F letter below obverse, and the coin in your link was made at the Royal Mint with no letter.
Third difference - the large 1 number on the reverse has a pointed base on one coin but not the other; as well as CENT being a different size. The year is different size and shape too.
