Dear all collectors!
I have a coin to swap to a member of Numista. For authenticity, I would like to have your help for identification.

Hello,
From the bear on the obverse, yours is a 2/3 Thaler from Anhalt:

As for authenticity, I would have serious doubts unless the yellowish colour is just the result of poor camera lighting. Otherwise it looks alright, but don't just take my word for it.

Could it be gold plated?
The raised parts from the coin are less yellow then the deeper parts.
If it is real of course

Thank you, Sirs. I think my coin is gold plated. For authencity, from the design and picture, I am quite sure for it. Futhermore, it is a small value coin and it is not worth for a fake coin.

Hello @Numizz,
What point are you making? I'm afraid I don't understand.

I think your coin is damaged by the badly gold plating...

Of course, I understand that these are two different types, but please carefully study the details of these two coins (in particular, the bear, the gate). Quality of coinage
