Are you allowed to scrape web data for personal use? [solved]

I've written a script to download my collection and export to Excel, including diameter, metal, mintage, etc which are lacking from the default .csv export. Is this allowed? I could not find in ToS. Would be purely for me own use and managing my collection, and i have written it so that it has a requests limit and does all the parsing offline to limit server strain. I notice there is no API which is unfortunate.
Used time zone is UTC+2:00.
