Ingots used as money

Is adding them fine? I was thinking of adding a "ingot" to numista.
The ingot I'm talking about is a very rare silver ingot used in Finland a long time ago, before the 10th-12 century. Its 50mm long and weights about 40grams. As it was used in trade but did not have an actual value (it was worth the amount of silver in it) These ingots are extremely rare, and only a few have survived.
Here is a picture of one (This one is currently in a museum in Turku):

It may have been even larger, but some pieces may have been cut from it.

If it's simple hack silver I would say no because they would all be unique, if they are kind of standardized like i.e. Chinese sattle ingots there might be a case for them.

At best add them to Exonumia or something, and even then I'm not sure.

I only add ingots when they're listed in Krause's SCWC, like this one:
