I suggest to add Mint name (brand) of the coin and the country to add more specific identification of where the coin was minted. Some coins are issued under a certain country but minted in different country.

Usually if this information is known, it is included in the comments section of a coin page, or in the comments next to an individual date line; for example here. No need for a new field for this.
