"Don't wish" criteria

I've add a "don't wish" criterion to exclude coins from Gregorian Dates 2000-2018.

But I think it is not working properly, because some coins from years before 2000 are marked with "x", as you can see :



I think this happens when the coins have a year between the range I use in the criterion.

For example, the 10 Groszy (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces523.html) on the image, has 1992 and 2009, and because the 2009 all years are marked as not desirable.

Another example is the 50 Groszy (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces521.html), in the list only appears the 1991, but as the range of years is 1990-2016, it's marked too.

This is a limitation of wishes: they apply only to coin types and not to years.
If you use wish criteria by year, all the coins types that have been issued during the year range are selected, not only the specific years in the range.
