If authentic, I would suggest it's a North African issue -- possibly Carthage or Numidia. I don't know whether Carthage ever issued copper coins before its savage destruction in 146 BCE, but Numidia did strike bronze, including in their period as a Roman "client state". Check also under ancient Mauretania (which doesn't correspond to modern Mauretania).

Googling points at Carthage rather than Numidia (similar design but different rotation of the horse).

​io non sono assolutamente in grado di giudicare se è autentica o no . io vivo in un piccolo paese . non ho occasione di farla vedere a qualche esperto . perchè penso che le foto non siano adatte per un giudizio finale .
io sarei felicissimo se fosse autentica .
