What is the value of these two coins?

I'm not sure about it's authenticity... maybe it's just water/elemental damage but I would not have bought that coin.

In Belgium, for the first one, selling price would be around 25€, even if sellers in coin shows would be willing to sell it for around 35€ in that condition. It might be in better grade than I think but with the pics, hard to say.
1849 is the commonest year for the 5F bare head so very easy to find in Belgium, even in good condition.
