I belive this variant is incorrectly described as "O" in crown: first dot in crown on left with hollow center" . The Ö is found in the field between the pearls, The picture is just poniting at a pearl, not showing the Ö.
The best thing would be, if the contributor could fix his mistake, or if a referee just could take it down. I have contacted the two referees about a week ago, and I am still waiting for a reply.
