Beautiful artwork and in fantastic condition, i was just wondering what banknotes are these?

Notgeld refers to emergency money, commonly issued by companies and municipalities in times of financial uncertainty or money shortage. If you find an auction where you can win them this cheap for notes you already have now then let me know :P haha. You should definitely treat yourself, they are great banknotes :D
I don't collect them myself (as a type collector it would take me several lifetimes over!) but glad to see you enjoy them! You can usually find them in bargain bins at low prices.
