1922 Centennial coins, 500 and 1000 Reis
There is a separate KM# for a rare variety of both of these, where BRASIL is spelled as BBASIL. i would like to have those in my collection as well.

No idea why I’m putting them up, but here are some common Brazilian coins, unlike the special beautiful ones of the three posters before me.

28th June: British Indian Ocean Territory
Not anything to do with the faraway British Indian Ocean Territory (or BIOT), but today happens to also be the 104th anniversary of the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo.

I have one modern coin from Brunei, but I had really hoped to get one of the 1887 cents before we reached it here.. As a type collector of old coins that one issue is all I need from Brunei.
