I have that coin without the shield shift - although my coin is not quite as nice as the one you are selling.
Thats a nice error. If you don't sell perhaps you will consider a swap.
BTW. I think you probably mean 'Flaw' in the shield 1791

The flaw on both sides is due to a weak strike.
The "shield shift" is due to a slight off-center strike. Nothing exceptionnal for this type.
But the coin is in a far above average condition for the type.
