unknown indian (overstrike) coin [solved]

I am still searching for any determination of this coin.
Right picture looks like an overstrike (leaf?)
18,7mm - 5,55 gr

I can't exactly identify the coin but can say that leaves similar to this often appear on coins from the Sikh Empire, their feudatories, and Kashmir. Here are a few examples

Here is my paisa from Afghanistan.
Weight: 6.40gr
The legend seems to be the same than on your coin.
My guess would be yours is struck over a copper coins, possibly, from he Sikh Empire.
These coins have often been minted over other coins.
