10 Kurush 1203/4 - evaluation [solved]

Dear Expert Numismatists,

I'm Bulgarian new coin collector and my experience is very low. I collect Balkans region coins and yesterday I bought from Bulgarian online shopping site this Turkish coin

Diameter is 27.5mm
Weight is 11,76 g

I suppose that the coin is 10 Kurus - Mehmed V "Reshat" right of Toughra. Of course I am not sure at all, but:D

OK! Please if you have opinion or information for this coin. What is this and what is the valie I'll be very happy to know.

I bought the coin for 20 LEVA ( 10 Euro )

Thanks in advance!

Yes. It is 10 kurus. As for price, 10 EUR looks rather expensive to my mind. It is not hard to find coin in better conditions for 25-30 EUR...
I usually avoid to buy coins in such conditions.

Constantinopel mint:

Your coin is in a terrible state and looks to be overcleaned
It should be 12,03gr and 0.830 silver.
I think the silver is cleaned away, or it is a fake replica
€10 is rather expensive I think...

corrections welcome
Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
It doesn't look as cheap fake and I have doubts anybody will produce quality fake for this coin (in such poor quality). It is not rare and expensive enough for that. I think it is original coin. The mentioned weight looks real for its condition as well. +/- 0.2 gr. for turkish coins is normal situation. Minus damages and cleaning. But I agree, condition is terrible.
Thanks for posts. I have only one additional question. Is this coin is ultra rare or not?

In such condition it is rather common. I think its price should be 20 Eur
I can't make link between quality and my question. I understand that quality is very bad. That is clear. But how this relates to how rare this coin is? My question was on this direction. Can I believe to Numista site and what's mean Ultra rare topic for this coin. I can find in e-bay coin like this? I am collector and for me is important to now how rare is my coin in the collection. I don't want to sell this.
Sorry. My mistake, I was sure we speak about arabian girsh.
As for rarity. A lot of coins are rather common in low grades ( vf and lower) but hard to find in high grades (xf+ and up). For example, albanian 1 lek 1927-30 with any mint marks can be easily obtained in low grade but very rare in high grade. I can increase number of examples. 10 kurus is in same situation. In such quality it isn't rare.
