Hi,
this is another one of mine dreams. There are a whole lot of coins with missing data (like weight, diameter and so on which are crucial to certain extent) or low pixel photos. As I am to certain extent freak in organizing large data collections, I would really not mind having a list of coins (that I as a Numista user have), with some missing or low picture pixel data. Such list could be created with quite easy algorithm. With such list I could be able to add up missing data faster and with great ease.
What I really do not care about is opening thousands of coin pages and searching manually this missing data. I hope admins can do something about it...
Thank you, mikimaus
I agree, would love to contribute more efficiently!
Also, we should have automatic translate for certain shapes like Round > Ronde, -gon > -gonale, etc.
Well, there are few options. Not so nice and not fully operable but you can try.
Open search, select IN your collection in options. And search exactly this: /no-picture/
Also you can try using advanced search (again IN your collection) and write the word MISSING into different fields. Not all work though, I know that Shape field works and few others.

Jarcek, can you give me exactly what to put into search? (e.g. for missing shape). I'm not completely sure I understand.
Hi
I have been able to locate some missing data. But there is a catch to it - only certain fields have potential to show something missing and you have to search field per field (again time consuming). Its also nice knowing, filter allows to search only within my collection .
Anyway, my initial question was not about searching over each individual field, but getting such report with all missing fields within my collection with single click.
Best regards

PS: missing only works when written in small letters, ie doesn't work when written in capitals

All the fields in the advanced search now support the keyword "missing", including year, diameter and weight (for the metal, you need to select "unidentified").
