The note below has the appearance of being P-115b(4) but the signature to the right does not match anything I can find. Can anyone explain what I have? Unknown variety? Fake? I do have a P-115b(4) with all correct signatures. Would like to know what this note is all about.

It is just a different variety of P-115b, probably not in the catalogue yet. Your banknote is not a fake.
