what does each type of the H mint mark means and can you show me an example of each?

also, what website is the most accurate as dates go? Numista shows one date range while others show different ranges.

The usual type is the radiate head right.

There is a typo for the third one. It's "with shield", so we must see it, like here with another reverse : https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?p=lot&sid=1623&lot=584
The last one is a bit like the first bust but seeing from the other side (the emperor is looking to the left).

I'm not sure about the date range showing on numista : it was minted between 260-268, for sure, but we don't have further information about that on the RIC.
Unless a study has been made on this particular coins, I don't think we can have a more precise range.

Yep !
For the roman coins minted before the Tetrarchy, we don't differentiate the type of bust as a particular type, but as a variant of the same type : only the type of reverse and the lettering are important here.
