1. You've posted it in a holder
2. You've posted terrible resolution pictures so people can't see if it's been cleaned etc
3. YOU seem to think it's MS63+. Nobody can remotely tell if it's that or AU details from your pictures.
@ derf - I collect Russian coins, and IF it's high grade, it's a fair price. The catalogues undervalue this coin (and others from that era in high grade) quite significantly.
You are right, I must take pictures with a high resolution so that everyone can see the high grade of this coin !
Unfortunately, now there are no opportunities to take good pictures.
Let me know if and when there is including the edges so I can determine type. I'd potentially be interested in making an offer as I don't have that one yet.
how much then then I asked for this magniphique currency ??
Is this a hallucination ??
I would like to have a good conclusion of this story .. when I see my currency ...

Wrong thread for it, but yours doesn't even look real unfortunately...

Interesting.... Any reason beyond the lack of toning?
Non illegitimis carborundum est. Excellent advice for all coins.

They are pretty poor pictures, so I guess it 'could' be wear, but the reverse details are fuzzy in a way inconsistent with wear and consistent with the bucketloads of fakes out there. Look at the eagles heads for example, the scepter, the orb having none of its dots yet the crown retaining some. Additionally the fonts and denticles don't fill me with confidence. Can compare it to the one in the first post. It just doesn't look kosher.
I might just be sceptical, as I collect Russian coins [and have bought a couple of fakes in the past] so have a healthy cynicism of anything that doesn't look quite right with them. I don't have a high grade Nikolai II rouble or poltina, but this one has a similar reverse (1854 rouble), so you should be able to spot the differences on the high res pic. (Yes I know it's horribly cleaned :()
